ID Management Consultants have engaged with the Japanese company KRI International in the implementation of three important studies aimed at identifying development needs in the Jordan Valley area, all sponsored through a JICA project. Some these studies are:
- Opportunities Survey: Through this study, the team identified development needs through extensive workshops with village councils and representatives of local communities. These meetings and workshops concentrated on key opportunities and challenges that face the region, and ultimately the efforts led to preparing a list of high priority projects that were most relevant to the area.
- Market Study: This study focused on identifying what products can be locally produced at commercial scale in the Jordan Valley areas. This effort came as part of understanding small business opportunities that can be financed through JICA.

Palestine Cellular Telecomm Co. (JAWWAL) signed and agreement with ID Management Consultants to provide special training on quality management systems as applied to telecommunications companies.
Training included TL9000, EFQM, and eTOM, as well as a wide set of quality tools and success stories of mobile companies around the world. The assignment also included preparing a logical framework for a Quality Plan at the Engineering Directorate at Jawwal.

Asira is one of most developed villages in Nablus area commercially, economically, and infrastructure; in addition to high quality services available to citizens in education, health, and entertainment. To improve the services furthermore, the municipality has signed an agreement with ID Management Consultants to build and implement an integrated financial and quality management system.

To improve the service quality offered to its clients and rebuild its management system, the Palestine Plastic Industries Company started the project of “Quality Management System ISO9001:2000” through a contract with ID Management Consultants. The team started the project with a full diagnostic study and evaluation of current system, a first step towards developing the system. The system covers all areas of operations production, maintenance, sales, quality contrail, quality assurance, human resources tainting and performance improvement.
