Message from the CEO
With the outbreak of the peace process some 12 years ago and the formation of a national authority on the ground, we, the Palestinians, in a statehood building process started establishing autonomous organizations in all economic and social sectors in an attempt to cope up with good international standards and practices. A wholly new sector that started to emerge is the Management Consulting sector. Industrial Details (ID) Management Consultants, a Palestinian private consulting firm, came about as a result of these positive prospects.
Established during the late of 1996, ID Management Consultants went through a learning process during the ups-and-downs of the past 10 years that put us nowadays on top of management consulting firms in Palestine. We are proud to have survived the hardship of the past years while we keep hoping for a better future environment.
Our mission is to provide international quality management consulting services to Palestinian and regional markets through using latest techniques and methodologies combined with trained human resources. Our guiding principle is the provision of independent professional services, commitment, objectivity, and fair competition.
We started preaching the message of “Quality and Standards” to our private sectors, and with the increasing appreciation from partners, we soon expanded our services to governmental and public sectors in areas such as organizational development and strategic planning, environmental management, management of IT solutions, sectoral and policy studies, and human resource development. Again we were successful in introducing and delivering these services and our clients have been delighted with the outcomes of our engagements.
Our ultimate performance indicator is how much we enable our clients perform better and look better. We worked with hundreds of clients locally and regionally, service and manufacturing, ministries and municipalities, professional and industry unions, civil society organizations and international donors; and we consistently pleased our clients. Of the benefits that clients have reaped are: reduced time and material wastes (10-25%), increased use of IT solutions, improved employment, increased sales and revenues (10-20%), and reduced costs (10-50%).
Nevertheless, improvements have no limits and as our clients improve we ourselves always seek improvements in every aspect of our work, and we are committed to do so with the help of our clients who give us motivation. With good spirit, we receive all comments, observations, and critiques from clients and others and act accordingly, as we believe this is the way to move forward.
